Employee Rights under the Davis-Bacon Act:
Applies to any contractor or subcontractor engaged in contracts in excess of $2,000 for the actual construction, alteration/repair of a public building or public work or building or work financed in whole or in part from federal funds, federal guarantee, or federal pledge subject to 29 C.F.R. 5.1.
DOT Wage Rate Information Federal-Aid Highway Project:
Must be posted by federal contractors and subcontractors for construction work on projects subject to the minimum wage rate provisions of 23 U.S.C. 113 and overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
DOT Federal-Aid Highway Construction Notice:
The notice, which provides for agency notification of false statements, representations or reports regarding work performed or to be performed on highway construction or related projects, must be posted on federal and federal-aid highway projects.
National Labor Relations Act(NLRA):
Mandatory notice for federal contractors and subcontractors under applicable contracts. “Government contracts” includes any agreement or modification thereof between any contracting agency and any person for the purchase, sale, or use of personal property or non-personal services in excess of $100,000.
Federal Notice to Workers with Disabilities:
Required for every employer having workers employed under special minimum wage certificates authorized by Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA):
The ARRA “whistleblower” notice must be posted by non-federal employers receiving federal funds, notifying employees of rights and responsibilities regarding the use of covered funds under the provisions of Section 1553 of Division A, Title XV of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-5.
