Pennsylvania Fair Lending Poster
The Pennsylvania Fair Lending posting is required to be posted by lenders and by businesses where housing financing transactions are negotiated, such as banks and savings and loans. Be sure to display poster to eliminate possible "discrimination" complaints.
The poster must be displayed, as required under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (Act of October 27, 1995, P.L. 744, as amended) in a well-lighted, easily accessible place in the office, model home, sample apartment or other places of business where negotiations or agreements are customarily made for the renting or purchasing of housing accommodations. This new "Pennsylvania Fair Lending" poster is 8.5" x 11" and laminated on both sides to protect the poster from wear and tear.
