The Guam Minimum Wage Poster provides information on provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) under effect in the U.S. territory of Guam. The poster covers:
- Guam minimum wage rate ($8.25 per hour, effective January 1, 2015)

The Guam Fair Labor Standards Act applies to every employer (with the exception of the Unites States Government) and every employee (with the exception of agricultural employees for any workweek in which the employer employs less than 10 persons, and domestic workers).
Posting Requirement
The Guam Minimum Wage Poster must be posted at each establishment or job site where employees are employed. It must be easily readable by employees.
Guam adopts by reference the provisions incorporated in the FLSA Field Operations Handbook (FOH) used by the federal Wage and Hour Division. (22 Guam Code Annotated, § 3116).
Under Section 30a06 of the FOH, employers are required to post a poster at the establishment or job site which summarizes the basic requirements of the FLSA. If such a poster is not in place, the Wage and Hour investigator shall charge a recordkeeping violation and instruct the employer to correct the situation.
