The 2020 Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Posting Peel ‘N Post™ update sticker adheres to existing Massachusetts All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters and Mobile Poster Paks™ to ensure that mandatory workplace posters are compliant.
The Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation posting was updated with a new Department of Industrial Accidents physical and web address. The Department of Industrial Accidents is the agency responsible for administering the Workers’ Compensation law in Massachusetts. Employees have three ways of filing a benefits claim – by mail, in person, or online. Thus, it is important to have the most current Department of Industrial Accidents contact information.
Employers are required to fill in the labeled sections with the name and address of insurance company, policy number, name and address of insurance agent, and employer and employer’s workers’ compensation officer to be notified in the event of a work-related injury.
Employers are required to display the Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation posting in each workplace. (M.G.L Chapter 152, Section 21)
