The 2019 Missouri Minimum Wage Poster Peel ‘N Post™ adheres to existing Missouri All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters and Mobile Poster Paks™ to ensure required workplace posters are up to date with state law and posting requirements.
The 2019 Missouri Minimum Wage poster provides the current minimum wage rates for tipped and non-tipped employees, as well as information on minimum wage and overtime exceptions, and employee rights. The poster also provides employees with contact information for the Missouri Division of Labor Standards.
The Missouri minimum wage is adjusted each year according to increases in the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Between 2017 and 2018, the CPI increased by 2.59%, resulting in an increase to the state minimum wage. The 2019 Missouri minimum wage rate will take effect on January 1, 2019.
As required by Missouri Revised Statutes, Section 290.522, Missouri employers must post the 2019 Minimum Wage poster in a conspicuous place.
Missouri Law does not allow the state’s minimum wage rate to be lower than the federal minimum wage rate.
