The 2019 New York Discrimination Poster Peel ‘N Post™ adheres to existing New York All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters and Mobile Poster Paks™ to ensure required workplace posters are up to date with state law and posting requirements.
Under the New York Human Rights Law, all employers (with four or more employees) must provide reasonable accommodations to any employee with a pregnancy-related condition. Additionally, all employers (regardless of number of employees) must provide a working environment free from sexual harassment. The 2019 New York Discrimination posting has been revised to inform that discrimination based upon age, race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, military status, sex, pregnancy, gender identity, disability or marital status is prohibited. Sexual harassment or harassment based upon any of these protected classes is also prohibited.
All employers must post the 2019 New York Discrimination poster in a conspicuous place (NYS Human Rights Law, Article 15).
