The 2025 Federal Minimum Wage Contractors Poster (under the heading Workers Rights Under Executive Order 13658: Federal Minimum Wage Contractors) provides the current minimum wage rate and effective date for workers performing work on or in connection with federal contracts covered by Executive Order 13658. Executive Order 13658 applies to contracts with the Federal Government entered into on or between January 1, 2015 and January 29, 2022. Executive Order 13658 applies to four major categories of contractual agreements:
- procurement contracts for construction covered by the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA);
- service contracts covered by the Service Contract Act (SCA);
- concessions contracts, including any concessions contract excluded from the SCA by the Department of Labor’s regulations at 29 CFR 4.133(b); and
- contracts in connection with Federal property or lands and related to offering services for Federal employees, their dependents, or the general public.
Beginning January 1, 2025, the Executive Order 13658 minimum wage rate will increase to $13.30 per hour, and the minimum cash wage will increase to $9.30 per hour.
