  • Federal contractors and subcontractors are required to post notices describing the nondiscrimination and pay transparency provisions established by Executive Order 11246 (EO 11246), Section 503 or the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 503), and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA).
