Under the Temporary Employee Protection Act, employment agencies shall provide all temporary employees with a copy of a written notice that includes a job description with classification requirements, estimated longevity of the assignment, information concerning any job hazards, anticipated pay rate, benefits and work schedules before any new job assignment is given.
Posting Requirement
The Temporary Employee Protection Act notice must be posted and maintained at all temporary service agencies in the state (Rhode Island General Employment Laws, Sec. 28-6.10-3(b)).
