Texas Health Risk Warning Poster
The Texas Health Risk Warning Poster informs the public of the risks of drinking alcohol during pregnancy.
Posting Requirement
All Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission license or permit holders authorized to sell alcoholic beverages for on premises consumption must display the Texas Health Risk Warning Poster. (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, Sec. 11.042) The poster must be displayed at each entrance of all public restrooms, where it can be easily seen by persons exiting the restroom. The poster cannot be less than 8 1/2 inches x 11 inches in size, and must be printed in English and Spanish. The text of the poster must be in bold black type on a white surface with a font or type set size of not less than 28 point Arial or Helvetica.
