Who must post the 2023 Wyoming Health and Safety Protection on the Job Peel ‘N Post?

  • Wyoming employers covered by the Wyoming Occupational Health and Safety Act (Wyo. Stat. § 27-11-101, et. seq.) are required to continuously post the Wyoming Health and Safety Protection on the Job posting in each establishment in a conspicuous place or places where notices to employees are customarily posted. (29 C.F.R. § 1903.2(a)).
  • Because the Wyoming Occupational Health and Safety Act also applies to work performed off of the employer’s premises, employers are encouraged to provide remote workers with required labor law notices in a mobile format to ensure that they have continuous access to the posting from their work location.
  • Employers with an existing Wyoming All-On-One™ Labor Law Poster or who provide Mobile Poster Paks™ to offsite workers can maintain compliance with employee notice requirements using a Wyoming Health and Safety Protection on the Job Peel ‘N Post.
