National Labor Relations Act (NLRA):
Mandatory notice for federal contractors and subcontractors under applicable contracts. “Government contracts” includes any agreement or modification thereof between any contracting agency and any person for the purchase, sale, or use of personal property or non-personal services in excess of $100,000.
Service Contract Act/ Walsh-Healy Public Contracts Act:
Contractors and any subcontractors engaged in covered federal service or public contracts must notify employees of applicable wage, overtime and fringe benefits required to be paid pursuant to the contract or as provided under the Act.
Federal Notice to Workers with Disabilities:
Required for every employer having workers employed under special minimum wage certificates authorized by Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
