Who must post?
The provisions of Hawaii Revised Statutes pertaining to Employment Practices (HRS §378-1, et. seq.), the Wage and Hour Law (HRS §387-1, et. seq.), and Hawaii Administrative Rules (Title 12), require employers to post DLIR notices in conspicuous and accessible places to inform employees of the protections and obligations under the law.
