What’s new?
The Tennessee Unemployment Insurance posting has been revised to reflect the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s new webpage address. Employees can use the webpage to:
- Locate American Job Centers.
- Access services, such as on-site recruiting events, resume workshops, interviewing skills, and job search activities.
- File a complaint about the services provided at a job center or about other employment-related matters.
Who must post?
All employers are required to post and maintain the Tennessee Unemployment Insurance posting in places readily accessible to employees. (Tenn. Code Ann. § 50-7-304) |
