Mandatory Changes to New Hampshire Minimum Wage Law

There are mandatory changes to the New Hampshire Minimum Wage Law, as amended, as a result of 2011 enacted legislation. The repealed New Hampshire State minimum wage has been matched with the federal and further clarification with respect to tipped employees has been added to the NH Minimum Wage Labor Law poster.  These changes are effective December 31, 2011.
