  • employers are prohibited from seeking wage or salary history from a job applicant
  • employers with 15 or more employees must provide salary information for the position to job applicants
  • employers must pay all tips to employees

  • Paid Time Off – The cap on partial wage replacement benefits increases to $1,206 per week effective January 1, 2021.
Who must post?
  • Employers are required to post Your Rights as a Worker in a readily accessible location and within plain view in each work site where an employee or employees are employed. (WAC 296-126-080)
  • Employers must post and keep posted the Paid Time Off notice in a common area, such as a break room or other area where such notices are customarily posted. (WAC192-540-020)
