What’s new?
The Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations has released two mandatory posting updates:

Minimum Wage     
The posting has been revised with the new minimum wage rates, effective January 1, 2022:

  • Minimum wage rate for non-tipped workers: $11.15 per hour
  • Minimum wage rate for tipped workers: $8.575 per hour

Employment Discrimination
The posting has been redesigned with a new color scheme. The text has been substantially reorganized. The new revision date is 10/21.

What else is new?
The Missouri Commission on Human Rights has recently updated the Missouri Public Accommodation Poster with a new layout and new color scheme. Employers doing business in places open to the public are required to post. (8 CSR 60-3.010) To order this poster, click here.

Who must post?

  • Employers subject to the Missouri Minimum Wage Law are required to prominently display the Minimum Wage posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment. (Missouri Revised Statutes §290.522).
  • Employers, labor organizations, employment agencies, or other businesses or establishments covered by the Missouri Human Rights Act are required to display the Employment Discrimination posting in a place where other employee notices are posted or in a conspicuous place where employees will have access to it. (8 CSR §60-3.010).
