What changed?
The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation has revised the mandatory Notice to Employees: Availability of Unemployment Compensation posting to reflect:
- New web address for individuals wanting to submit an online unemployment claim;
- New email address for checking the status of an unemployment claim;
- Removal of the job services offices list; and
- New posting date.
Who must post?
Every employer subject to the South Dakota Reemployment Assistance Law must post the Notice to Employees: Availability of Unemployment Compensation posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises where a covered employee is employed. (SDC § 61-7-1) |
