South Dakota Unemployment Compensation Posting Update
The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation has updated the mandatory-to-post Unemployment Compensation posting entitled “Notice to Employees: Availability of Unemployment Compensation.” The posting reflects a new web address where individuals can file claims online and a new email address where individuals can check the status of their claim. The new posting date is 02/2024.
