What’s New?
The Arizona Unemployment Insurance posting has been revised with a new color scheme and Arizona Department of Economic Security logo. The posting also reflects a new title for the pamphlet detailing claimant rights and responsibilities.
Individuals must file weekly claims to receive benefits. The weekly claim filing process is used to verify that the individual is unemployed during the week being claimed and is eligible to receive benefit payments.
Who Must Post?
Arizona employers with three or more employees must post and maintain the Unemployment Insurance posting in places readily accessible to employees. (ARS § 23-772(D)) |
