What’s Changed?
The Montana Minimum Wage posting has been updated with the minimum wage rate effective January 1, 2021. The minimum wage will increase from $8.65 per hour to $8.75 per hour.
The updated Minimum Wage posting covers the minimum wage rate, overtime and wage payment protections applicable to all employers (Montana Code Annotated, Section 39-3-404).
What do I need to do?
