Employers are required to post Your Rights as a Worker in a readily accessible location and within plain view in each work site where an employee or employees are employed. (WAC 296-126-080)
Employers must post and keep posted the Paid Time Off notice in a common area, such as a break room or other area where such notices are customarily posted. (WAC192-540-020)
