What’s new?
The Florida Minimum Wage notice has been updated with the minimum wage rates effective September 30, 2022. The minimum wage for non-tipped employees has increased to $11.00 per hour, while the minimum wage for tipped employees has increased to $7.98 per hour. Starting September 30, 2027, the minimum wage will be adjusted for inflation.
Who must post?
The Florida Minimum Wage notice is a mandatory notice for employers with one or more employees who are subject to the minimum wage law. The notice must be prominently displayed in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment where such employees are employed. (Florida Statutes § 448.109) |
