What’s new?
The Missouri Commission on Human Rights has revised its purpose statement. The Commission’s goal is to prevent and eliminate discrimination based on protected categories under the Missouri Human Rights Act through education and the enforcement of the Act. The Missouri Employment Discrimination posting has been revised to reflect this change.
The Missouri Employment Discrimination posting has also been revised to reflect the Missouri Commission on Human Rights’ contact information. The revision date on the posting has changed to 03/21.
Who must post?
Every employer, labor organization, and employment agency must post the Missouri Employment Discrimination posting in a place where other employee notices are posted or in a conspicuous place where employees will have access to it. (8 CSR 60-3.010)
