The following Kentucky postings have been updated:

What’s new?
Highlights of the changes include:
- The Wage and Hour Laws and Wage Discrimination Because of Sex postings reflect the new Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet’s web address. Every employer must post these postings in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises where any person is employed. (KRS 337.325; 337.433)
- The Child Labor Laws posting also reflects the new Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet’s web address. The posting must be displayed by all employers employing minors under 18 years of age. (KRS 339.400)
- The Equal Employment Opportunity posting has been substantially rewritten and includes new legal code references. The Kentucky Commission on Human Rights contact information has been updated. Every employer must post and maintain this posting in easily accessible and well-lighted places. (104 KAR 1:010)
