AB 307 – What’s New?
Each calendar quarter, the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) is required to prepare a notice concerning the Department’s job training and employment programs.
AB 307 has been updated to comply with DETR’s April 1, 2025 reporting requirement. The posting provides a comprehensive list of current employment and training programs and links to access the resources online.
AB 307 – Who Must Post?
All private employers in Nevada are required to post and maintain the AB 307 Required Posting in a conspicuous location of the workplace where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted and read. (NRS 232.933)
