How has the Minimum Wage posting changed? The California Minimum Wage posting has been updated with minimum wage rates and meals and lodging credits effective January 1, 2019 and January 1, 2020. The 2019 minimum wage rate for large employers (26 or more employees) is $12.00 per hour. The minimum wage rate for small employers (25 or fewer employees) is $11.00 per hour.
How has the California Law Prohibits Workplace Discrimination and Harassment posting changed? The posting reflects an amendment of law requiring employers with 5 or more employees to provide all employees with sexual harassment prevention training.
How has the Sexual Harassment Pamphlet changed? During the 2019 calendar year, covered employers must provide non-supervisory employees with one hour of sexual harassment prevention training and supervisory employees with two hours of such training. Employees must be trained again every two years.
