Who must post the 2024 Your Rights as a Worker Peel ‘N Post™ ?

All Washington employers are required to post a current copy of “Your Rights as a Worker” in a readily accessible location and within plain view in each work site where an employee or employees are employed. (WAC 296-126-080).

Washington employers who have an existing Washington All-On-One Labor Law poster can easily update their poster with the Washington Your Rights as a Worker Peel ‘N Post sticker by selecting the Your Rights as a Worker All-On-One Poster Peel ‘N Post, in the appropriate language, from the dropdown menu above.

Updating your Washington Mobile Poster Pak™

L&I advises employers to provide hard copies of L&I postings to mobile and remote employees to comply with employee notice and posting requirements.
