Employers subject to the Wage and Hour Law are required to conspicuously display the 2024 New Jersey Minimum Wage Poster in their business establishment. (N.J.S.A § 34:11-56a21) Employers are also required to keep any applicable wage orders and regulations, or a summary of such wage orders and regulations, posted in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises wherein any person subject thereto is employed.
