The 2024 Rhode Island Minimum Wage Poster Peel ‘N Post™ adheres to existing Rhode Island All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters and Mobile Poster Paks™ to ensure required workplace posters are up to date with state law and posting requirements.
The Rhode Island Minimum Wage Posting provides the current minimum wage rates for tipped and non-tipped employees, full-time students under 19 years of age working in nonprofit organizations, and minors 14 and 15 years of age working less than 24 hours in a week. The posting also includes information on overtime pay and minimum shift hours. The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training is responsible for enforcing Rhode Island’s Minimum Wage Act.
Effective January 1, 2024, the minimum wage is scheduled to increase to $14.00 per hour.
Posting Requirement
All Rhode Island employers are required to display the Minimum Wage Posting in the workplace. (Rhode Island General Law, § 28-12-11)
