Oklahoma employers are now required to post the latest Unemployment Insurance Notice to Workers. The Notice to Workers informs employees of:
- Their right to receive unemployment insurance benefits in the event of job loss or reduced hours,
- Where they can obtain a copy of the free booklet Information for Workers Who are Unemployed for more information about their rights,
- How to file and obtain help with filing unemployment insurance claims, and
- How to obtain help with finding a job.
Remember, employers must also obtain and post the UI Registration Certificate they receive directly from the state office.
