What’s new?
Minimum Wage 2024 Annual Bulletin
  • Effective July 1, 2024, the minimum wage rate is $12.00 per hour.
  • The July 1, 2024 minimum wage rate applies to all employees regardless of whether they are offered employer health benefits.
Daily Overtime 2024 Annual Bulletin
  • Effective July 1, 2024, employees who earn less than $18.00 per hour are entitled to overtime pay for work over 8 hours in any workday or over 40 hours in a workweek.
Required Posting – Assembly Bill 307
  • Updated to comply with the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation’s (DETR) April 1, 2024 reporting requirement.

Who must post?
  • Every Nevada employer is required to post the Nevada Minimum Wage and Daily Overtime Annual Bulletins on the premises where any person is employed. (NRS 608.13)
  • Every Nevada employer in private employment is required to post and maintain Required Posting – AB 307 in places where notices to employees and applicants are customarily posted. (NRS 232.933)
  • Each Nevada employer covered by NRS 616A to 617 is required to prominently display at his or her place of business the Workers’ Compensation Informational Poster (Form D-1). (NAC 616A.460)
