Georgia Unemployment Insurance Posting Update
The Georgia Department of Labor has updated the mandatory-to-post Unemployment Insurance posting. The posting provides information on the requirements a separated employee must meet in order to be eligible for benefits, and what data is required to begin the claim filing process. Two employment centers listed on the posting have been removed. Individuals can no longer file an unemployment insurance claim in these locations. The revised posting date is 10/23.
Posting Requirements
All Georgia employers must post and maintain in places readily accessible to employees the Unemployment Insurance posting. (Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. r. 300-2-7-.15)
