What changed on the Kentucky Safety and Health on the Job posting?
The Kentucky Safety and Health on the Job posting has been updated to reflect a new Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board Chair. Employees can now file discrimination complaints with the Education and Labor Cabinet or with the U.S. Department of Labor. Two new web addresses have been provided for individuals submitting claims. The new posting date is January 2024.
Posting Requirement
All Kentucky employers are required to post the Kentucky Safety and Health on the Job notice in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are usually posted. (Kentucky Revised Statute, Chapter 338, Section 161)
