Who is the California Family Rights Act Pamphlet for?
The California Family Rights Act Pamphlet is recommended for all employees and job applicants. The pamphlet covers information that employers must provide to their employees about family and medical leave rights and protections under the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and enforcement of the law by the California Civil Rights Department (CRD). The notice requirement applies to all California employers with five or more employees.
