The District of Columbia Minimum Wage Posting has been updated with the minimum wage rates effective July 1, 2021. The minimum wage for non-tipped employees will increase to $15.20 per hour, while the minimum wage for tipped employees will increase to $5.05 per hour.
Who must post?
All employers subject to the Minimum Wage Act must post the 2021 District of Columbia Minimum Wage Posting in a conspicuous and accessible place in each establishment where employees are employed. (7 DCMR § 912; DC Code § 32-1009) |
