Who must post?
  • The Notice to Employees – Unemployment Insurance, Disability Insurance, Paid Family Leave must be posted by every California employer with employees who are covered for benefits. (22 CCR 1089-1)
  • The 2024 Minimum Wage Order must be posted by every California employer that is subject to the Order’s provisions. (Lab. Code § 1182.13)
