Compliance Poster Company’s New Jersey All-On-One labor law posters have been updated with a new office location for the Division on Civil Rights in Atlantic City. This change is reflected on both the Discrimination in Employment and Family Leave Act postings. In addition, three separate state-specialty anti-discrimination posters have been updated with the change: Public Accommodation (#30701), Employment (#30704) and Housing (#30700).
Posting the updated notices is not mandatory, but employers and covered businesses and organizations in or near Atlantic City may wish to inform employees, applicants and other individuals of the new office address. The Atlantic City office telephone number has not changed.
