City of Malibu, CA Minimum Wage Poster Details
- Who is covered: The City of Malibu’s Minimum Wage Ordinance applies to all employees who perform at least two hours of work in a particular week within the Malibu city limits.
- Posting requirement: All employers must display the Malibu Minimum Wage Poster in a conspicuous and accessible place at job sites, in the primary language used by the employer to communicate with employees.
