The 2025 Arizona Minimum Wage Poster Peel ‘N Post™ adheres to existing Arizona All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters and Mobile Poster Paks™ to ensure required workplace posters are up to date with state law and posting requirements.

The Arizona Minimum Wage Poster (under the heading The Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act) provides the current minimum wage rate and effective date, as well as information on exemptions, tips and gratuities, prohibition against discrimination and retaliation, and enforcement under the Act. The poster also provides employees with contact information for the Arizona Industrial Commission’s Labor Department.

Arizona voters passed Proposition 206 in 2016, approving a series of scheduled increases to the minimum wage beginning in January of 2017. Effective January 1, 2025, the state minimum wage rate for most employees is expected to increase to $14.70 per hour.

Posting Requirement

Employers are required to conspicuously display the 2025 Arizona Minimum Wage Poster in a place that is accessible to employees, unless exempt from the Act. (Arizona Revised Statutes, Sec. 23-364(D))

“Employers” is defined as any corporation, proprietorship, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, trust, or association. Exempt employers include businesses that gross less than $500,000 in annual revenue, if exempt from having to pay a minimum wage under section 206(a) of the United States Code, and state or federal government employers.
