The 2025 New Jersey Minimum Wage Poster Peel ‘N Post™ adheres to existing New Jersey All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters and Mobile Poster Paks™ to ensure required workplace posters are up to date with state law and posting requirements.

The 2025 New Jersey Minimum Wage Poster (under the heading Wage and Hour Law Abstract) will provide the new minimum wage based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The poster will also provide information on wage orders, minimum wage exemptions, overtime, and penalties for violating provisions of the Wage and Hour Law.

Posting Requirement

Employers subject to the Wage and Hour Law are required to conspicuously display the 2025 New Jersey Minimum Wage Poster in their business establishment. (N.J.S.A § 34:11-56a21) Employers are also required to keep any applicable wage orders and regulations, or a summary of such wage orders and regulations, posted in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises wherein any person subject thereto is employed.
