Who must post the 2025 Colorado COMPS Order #40 Overtime and Minimum Wage Peel ‘N Post?
- Every employer subject to the Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards (COMPS) Order must display the 2025 COMPS Order #40 Overtime and Minimum Pay posting in an area frequented by employees where it may be easily read during the workday.
- Employers that have any employees who speak Spanish must display the Spanish-language COMPS Order posting in the workplace.
- Employers that have employees who work from home or in outdoor settings must provide a copy of the COMPS Order to each of these employees.
- Employers that publish or distribute employee handbooks, manuals, or written or posted policies must include a copy of the COMPS Order posting with the handbook, manual, or policies.

Colorado COMPS Order #40 posting reflects the 2025 statewide minimum wage rate. In addition, the 2025 COMPS Order #40 posting shows the minimum salary that certain employees must be paid to qualify for an exemption from the minimum wage and overtime pay. The minimum salary and hourly rate exemptions thresholds apply to:
- Executives/supervisors, administrators, and professionals
- Highly technical computer work
- Other highly-compensated, non-manual-labor employees paid at least 2.25 above the statewide minimum wage rate.
