The 2025 Utah Safety and Health Peel ‘N Post™ adheres to existing Utah All-On-One™ Labor Law Posters to ensure required workplace posters are up to date with state law and posting requirements.
What changed on the Utah Safety and Health Posting?
The posting has been revised to reflect the following information:
- Employers that must notify the Utah Occupational Safety and Health (UOSH) Division of the Utah Labor Commission of any work-related fatality, any disabling, serious, or significant injury, and any occupational disease incident, can now do so by submitting an online accident report. Previously, employers only had the option to call UOSH to report incidents.
- New web address to the UOSH website.
- Civil penalties for safety and health violations have increased.
Who must post?
All employers must post the Utah Safety and Health posting in each establishment in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted. Each employer must ensure that such notices are not altered, defaced, or covered by other material. (UAC R614-4-6)
