1989 – The Beginning
We launched as Compliance Poster Company, introducing our first All-On-One poster for California — a revolutionary idea that simplified labor law posting for employers.
1990 – Going Nationwide
Building on our early success, we expanded to all 50 states, creating All-On-One posters for each, and quickly became the go-to source for compliance posters across the U.S.
1995 – Innovation: Peel-N-Post
To make it easier for businesses to keep up with legal changes, we developed the Peel-N-Post — a simple sticker update system that allows employers to stay compliant without replacing the entire poster.
1997 – Meeting Every Need: Mobile Poster Pak
Recognizing the needs of mobile or remote worksites, we created the Mobile Poster Pak — a portable solution that met OSHA standards and made compliance possible even where wall space was limited.
1998 – Growth Through Acquisition
We expanded our offerings by acquiring Accupost and Compliance Pro, integrating their unique product lines and enhancing our growing catalog of compliance solutions.
2001 – Becoming Global Compliance
As our reach and product lines grew, we reorganized under the Global Compliance name, while continuing to serve customers under the trusted Compliance Poster Company brand.
2005 – Embracing Technology
We transitioned our operations to SAP’s ERP software, allowing us to modernize our systems, streamline operations, and support long-term growth.
2006 – Serving U.S. Territories
We broadened our services to include Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam, supporting clients with diverse and far-reaching operations.
2009 – In-House Digital Printing
We installed our first high-speed digital press, enabling on-demand printing and ensuring posters are always up to date when they reach our customers.
2010 – Expansion to Canada
We took our All-On-One concept north, launching compliance posters for every Canadian province, helping multinational companies stay consistent.
2013 – Online HR Tools
To support HR teams, we began offering online reference copies of posters, making it easy for employers to verify information and answer employee questions.
2017 – Portal Dashboard Launch
We introduced our comprehensive Portal Dashboard, giving clients easy access to digital postings, custom reports, tracking, update notifications, and more — all in one place.
