Delaware Clean Indoor Air Act
Under the Delaware Clean Indoor Air Act, a person shall not smoke in any indoor enclosed area to which the general public is invited or in which the general public is permitted, including, but not limited to:
- Public meetings;
- Elevators;
- Government owned and/or operated means of mass transportation;
- Grocery stores;
- Gymnasiums;
- Courtrooms;
- Child day care facilities;
- Health-care facilities;
- Any workplace not exempted;
- Restrooms, lobbies, reception areas, hallways and other common-use areas;
- Restaurants;
- Gaming facilities;
- Bowling alleys;
- Billiard or pool halls;
- Retirement facilities;
- Public buildings;
- Auditoria;
- Theaters;
- Museums;
- Libraries;
- Public and nonpublic schools;
- Other educational and vocational institutions.
