Who is the Pregnancy Disability Leave Pamphlet for?
The California Pregnancy Disability Leave Pamphlet is recommended for all employees and job applicants. The pamphlet covers information that employers must provide to their employees about pregnancy disability leave rights and protections under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), and enforcement of the law by the California Civil Rights Department (CRD). The notice requirement applies to all California employers with five or more employees.
