  • The City of San Mateo, CA minimum wage rate is adjusted annually beginning January 1st of each year.
  • The San Mateo, CA Minimum Wage Poster informs employees of the current minimum wage right and their rights under the San Mateo Minimum Wage Ordinance.
  • The minimum wage rate applies to any employee who performs at least two hours work within the City of San Mateo.
