Who must post the 2026 New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Peel ‘N Post?

All New Mexico employers are required to post and maintain the Workers’ Compensation posting in conspicuous places on the business’ premises where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted.  (NMSA § 52-1-29)
