Product Description

The Agricultural Housing Terms Poster is an employee fill-in poster which provides mandatory information to farm workers and agriculture employees regarding terms of housing. CPC has made this form available as a bilingual English/Spanish poster to aid employers in communicating this information.

The Agricultural Housing Terms Poster (Wage and Hour Division Form WH-521) provides spaces for the employer to fill in the following mandatory-to-communicate information:

  • Name and address of the housing provider
  • Name, address, and phone number of the individual(s) in charge
  • Mailing address and phone number of the housing facility
  • Conditions of occupancy, such as amount charged for housing, utilities, and other services; meals provided; and who may live in the housing facility

Once filled in, the Agricultural Housing Terms Poster must be posted in a conspicuous place available to workers. The Poly Vinyl surface can be wiped clean to update information as needed.

Posting Requirement

The Agricultural Housing Terms Poster can be used to fulfill mandatory-to-communicate requirements for agricultural employers who provide housing to farm workers.

Under federal law, each farm labor contractor, agricultural employer, and agricultural association which provides housing for any migrant agricultural worker must present such worker a statement of the terms and conditions, if any, of occupancy of such housing. This statement must be provided in writing to each worker or posted in a conspicuous place, per Section 201 of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act.
