Administrative Code Chapter 420-3-26 requires Alabama State Board of Health licensees or registrants licensed pursuant to Act No. 582, codified at Code of Alabama 22-14-1, and the rules pursuant thereto, to post Agency Form X Alabama Radiation Safety Standards for Protection Poster. If personal monitoring is required, an employee must receive a written exposure report annually and when the employment is terminated.
